Director & Co-Founder
17U Head Coach
Chris Pennamon is the Director and Co-Founder of TEAM AFFECT. Mr. Pennamon has been in education for 8 years, coaching basketball on the middle school, high school, and AAU level for the past 12 years. Mr. Pennamon has been developing talent in the Conyers/Rockdale County area for the past 9 years and enjoys taking athletes that most turn away and develop them into those athletes that everyone wants. He has coached and trained several D1, D2, D3, College Preparatory School, Junior College, and High School level athletes both boys and girls. In founding TEAM AFFECT he and his co-founders are laying the foundation to develop all levels of talent and ability.
Co-Founder & Girls General Manager
Edde Sommer is the Co-Founder of TEAM AFFECT and Girls General Manager. She also serves as the Talent Liaison for P. A.F.F.E.C.T. Training LLC. Mrs. Sommer has several years of head coaching experience at Cedar Grove High School in Ellenwood, GA, and as an assistant coach at Stephenson and Lithonia High Schools in Georgia.
